Fantastic classes! I try to complete two classes a week live and then another few as playbacks. Allen is energetic and a very positive influence.

I don't need PT!

Hand Yoga has made my hands feel so much better since my trigger finger surgery! 15 minutes every morning, and my hands feel great. My hand surgeon said I don't need PT!

Lack of hand grip strength linked to premature aging

A new study provides new evidence that grip strength in a person’s hands is a biomarker of biological age (the rate at which your body is actually aging).

Grip Strength linked to living longer

Research strongly suggests that hand grip strength can be a better indicator of longevity of life, cardiovascular health, heart attacks and strokes, and overall quality of life than blood pressure or physical activity level.

Grip strength exercises can lower blood pressure by 10%

In multiple studies, including an AARP study in 2013, researchers found that improving grip strength can lower blood pressure by as much as 10%.
