Chair Yoga

This wonderfully relaxing seated yoga class is perfect for beginners and those with mobility issues. 


Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that's done from a seated position, or using a chair for additional balance, to help you stretch and strengthen your body.  Chair yoga is a great way for those with limited mobility to improve energy, flexibility and overall health, while decreasing stress and pain.

Foot Yoga

Foot yoga is a fun foot workout that stretches and strengthens your feet to reduce foot pain, and improves mobility and foot and ankle strength.  It's great for those with soreness or weakness from arthritis, RA, Parkinson's, and other conditions.

Hand Yoga Community

Hand Yoga Community uses Zoom so you can turn on your video camera (optional) for a fun, interactive, and community-building class!

Hand Massage

This 10-15 minute hand massage class that will leave your hands feeling great.  We'll go over various massage techniques for your palm, thumb, fingers, wrist, and forearm.


Research has shown that a daily hand massage can decrease hand pain, and increase hand strength and range of motion. 

CLASS TOOLS: Hand lotion or hand oil will let you give yourself a good hand massage without tugging your skin.  A hand massage tool can also help.

Balance & Stability

This class will help improve balance, stability, and is great for beginners and those with joint pain. The class focuses on slowly working on balance for both sides of your body.  Use a chair for safety and stability during the class.
